NEW CHITOSE 2023 is excited to announce the official selection for the SHORT FILMS in competition. From 2,157 films submitted from 93 countries/regions, 58 Films are selected for all categories. The films are screened in the New Chitose Airport Theater during the festival (November 2nd-6th) and judged by the jury for each competition. Thank you very much for all submitters, filmmakers, producers and distributors!
